Jason & Vangela Roeder
Jason is our lead Pastor, along with his wife Vangela they enjoy adventures with their family and golf. No grandkids yet but we are hoping/praying! They both started careers as educators and coaching youth sports and love being involved with youth and families. Our purpose and calling led us into ministry starting back in the 90’s (wow thats sounds like a looooong time ago). They’ve served in Pastoral and leadership roles at churches, non profits, and businesses over the past 30 years.
Tom & Laurie Shepherd
Tom is our wonderful worship Pastor. Both Tom and Laurie have served in full time ministry at churches in both Washington and Oregon for 25 years before Tom stepped into the business world. Happy to be involved in the Love, Inc. as a board member is an opportunity to stay true to God’s calling in his life. Tom graduated from Puget Sound Christian College and earned his master’s at Western Seminary. He and his wife have two grown daughters and two dogs.
Bill & Star Youngberg
Bill and Star have been with ECF from the beginning as pillars of love and faith. Bill served as our Pastor for 17 years and now serves as an Elder and chairman of our Board. Star has kept our finances balanced and they both care for many with hospital and home visits.
Dr. Dale Carver
Dr. Dale has served with a shepherds heart as a consultant on sermons and his prayer and phone calling ministry is a blessing to many.
